Product Returns and Replacements
Claims for damages or shortages in shipment must be made within 7 days of merchandise acceptance by customer. Unused merchandise, in original packaging, can be returned for credit (less shipping expenses) within 14 days after it is received. Refunds to purchases made with credit cards are subject to a 3.5% credit card processing fee.
No returns will be accepted unless a prior Return Material Authorization (RMA) request is made. A 10% restocking fee will be charged on returned merchandise that is not in the original packaging (do not damage or alter the cardboard shelf box and product documentation). Sorry, but equipment that does not appear factory new cannot be returned. All returns must be double boxed before shipment. Please place the product's factory shelf carton inside a slightly larger shipping box using proper protective filler material such as bubble wrap.
An RMA number must be obtained before returning any item. Please insert a letter inside the shipping box that includes the RMA number, the reason for the return, and full contact information. All merchandise returned for credit must be in original packaging and complete with power adapters and all related accessories.
Your purchase is protected by a one year parts, ninety days labor warranty. To prevent warranty repair delays, please include a copy of the original invoice with your returned unit. Do not return any repair item until you have received a tracking number.
If you have a unit that needs service then please contact us for repair instructions. We will issue a return authorization tracking number and provide shipping and payment information.
The warranty is for repair or replacement. This warranty is contingent upon proper use. Products subject to abuse or physical mishandling are not covered by this warranty. All other warranties express or implied are excluded.
